Espelette Fourme burger

Ingredients
- 4 100 g hamburgers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 salad
- 4 burger buns
- 200 g Fourme d’Ambert
- Espelette pepper
Instructions
- Finely cut two slices of Fourme d’Ambert to the diameter of the burger buns.
- Pan-fry the hamburgers.
- Place a slice each of Fourme over and under the hamburgers.
- Add 2 slices of tomato, salad and a pinch of Espelette pepper.
- Close the burger and oven cook for 2 minutes at 200° C.
