Vegetables and AOP Fourme d’AMBERT Wrap Print the recipe


  • 200 g Fourme d’Ambert AOP
  • 8 wheat pancakes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • Roquette
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 lemon


  1. Thinly chop the chives. Incorporate it to the mayonnaise and the chili paste. Set aside.
  2. Grate the carrots, peel and slice the avocado and the red onion.
  3. Cut the AOP Fourme d’AMBERT into sticks.
  4. Spread some sauce on a wheat pancake, garnish with carrots, roquette, some avocados and red onions and some AOP Fourme d’AMBERT sticks.
  5. Roll the wrap in a very tight way, hold it in place with a pick or a cooking string.
  6. Repeat the operation.
  7. Set aside in a cool place.
